Avoid the Chicken Leg Plague

Avoid the Chicken Leg Plague

Don’t feel bad if you’ve been neglecting your calves as part of your workout – even Arnie made that mistake at one point. However before you start resembling this guy – it’s time to hit the calves.

Luckily for you, these exercises can be done anywhere and are a simple way to build explosive strength and to create the balance of a ninja.

Instructions:

1. Find a stair or ledge and face it, holding on to the railing or wall for balance.
