Don’t feel bad if you’ve been neglecting your calves as part of your workout – even Arnie made that mistake at one point. However before you start resembling this guy – it’s time to hit the calves.
Luckily for you, these exercises can be done anywhere and are a simple way to build explosive strength and to create the balance of a ninja.
Instructions:
1. Find a stair or ledge and face it, holding on to the railing or wall for balance. |

|
2. Step up with about 1/3 of your feet on the surface and remainder of your feet sticking out off the surface. |
|
|
|
3. Push up on your toes for 10 |
|
|
|
4. Dip down below the surface for 10. Repeat 3 – 4 times. |
