Can Walking 5 Blocks a Day Boost Your Love Life?

Are you obsessive about making sure you get to 10,000 steps each day? Don’t worry, we aren’t either. As it turns out, however, the secret to having better sex, more energy, and being happier lies in going around the block a handful of times.

Just by walking 5 city blocks a day, you can boost your life in 3 different ways, read on to find out how.

Walking makes you happy, it’s true! Exercise boosts your mood – aerobic exercise can help your body release mood -lifting hormones, while also combating negative thoughts and feelings.

2. Have better sex

Speaking of being happy, what guy doesn’t want to have more sex? You may benefit in having increased libido with aerobic exercise. Harvard studies have shown that moderate exercise can be linked to a 41% decrease in the risk of erectile dysfunction.

3. Reduce your risk of heart attack

Walking can lower your risk of a heart attack—it’s that simple and easy. In addition to strengthening your heart, walking can help you lower disease risk and lose weight.
