Fight Fat with Your Pillow

This one’s so genius, Red Green will be envious he didn’t think it up himself. Turns out pillows are not only for sweet blissful sleep but can be used for a quick workout as well – no duct tape required. Here’s how you can use your feather-filled headrest for extra resistance when working your core.

We call it the Lumberjack

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent
  2. Bring the pillow over your left shoulder (arms straight)
  3. Cut the pillow across your body like you’re chopping a piece of wood
  4. Swing and repeat – Try doing this 10 times on each side 

Oh, and if you’re one of the lucky guys who ends up in a pillow fight, you can thank us for killing both your abs and getting in some cardio.
