Here’s how you can use your feather-filled headrest for extra resistance when working your core.

We call it the Lumberjack

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent
  2. Bring the pillow over your left shoulder (arms straight)
  3. Cut the pillow across your body like you’re chopping a piece of wood
  4. Swing and repeat – Try doing this 10 times on each side
