Lose 10 Pounds with this 1 Trick!

by | Sep 6, 2017 | Activity, CFL | 0 comments

After scouring the internet, I’ve finally done it. I’ve found a sure-fire way to look 10 pounds lighter in just seconds. Here’s the best part, it’s absolutely free! Using this new technique, men just like you have watched the belly fat disappear before their eyes.

“I wish I knew about this weight loss hack years ago!!” – Joe, 45

“My family can’t believe how great I look in photos!” – Stewart, 37

Ready for it? Okay – follow along. Start by standing or sitting up straight, take a deep breath in through your mouth and pull your belly button towards your spine. Keep your chest up and shoulders back while sucking the gut in. Voila – belly fat vanishes!*

Let’s be serious, everyone knows that real change takes time.  The truth is that there’s no magic pill, program, or diet that is going to melt fat away instantly, despite what those crazy advertisements want you to believe. The best strategy to making sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes is to choose something small and manageable. Making small changes, like walking an extra five blocks per day or choosing healthy snacks, add up to real results over time.

Think about your typical day; identify a time when you can fit a physical activity or healthy-eating goal into your regular routine. Start small with one change and try it for a week. If you don’t think you can keep it up, scrap it and try a different one. If it’s something you can manage, try adding an additional change for the next week. Here are some suggestions to get you started:

Physical Activity

  • Park at the back of the lot
  • Have a walking meeting
  • Walk the dog after dinner
  • Get up and move during commercials
  • Dust off the weights in your basement

Healthy Eating

  • Start the day with a healthy breakfast
  • Swap the fries and have a smoothie at lunch instead
  • Pack healthy snacks
  • Opt for water instead of pop or juice
  • Add a handful of steamed veggies to dinner

Writing simple reminders to yourself is one of the best ways to stay on track with the small changes that want to make. Read The Foolproof Method to Achieving Your Goals for more tips on sticking to your goals.
