« Ça peut faire un peu mal. » Cette expression classique est souvent répétée par les médecins. Dans ce cas cependant, ça peut faire très mal. Les hommes aiment l’argent, c’est clair. Ce que nous n’aimons pas cependant, c’est en perdre. Que diriez-vous de perdre de 8,6 millions de dollars?

L’infographie ci-dessous montre les trois principales habitudes malsaines chez les hommes qui nous coûtent une grosse somme. Plus important encore, elle illustre ce que nous avons à gagner en faisant quelques petits changements pour notre santé. Cela ne signifie pas de manger des aliments dégoutants, ni de se priver de bière ou de courir des marathons. Il s’agit de simples ajustements qui donnent des résultats emballants; comme acheter une voiture de luxe neuve chaque année pendant 45 ans, par exemple… voilà quelque chose que tous les hommes aimeraient!
