If you drive to work or out for your errands try choosing the furthest parking space away once in a while.

Your heart will benefit from an extra minute or two of exercise getting to and from your car – important to combat heart disease which is your biggest enemy.

And if you’re carrying something from the store you’ll get an added boost for your muscles.

It may seem insignificant, but over time, these extra minutes of exercise really add up and benefit your health.
