5 Minute Tasty and Healthy Taco Meat

This is a great way to avoid the unhealthy ingredients (preservatives and additives) used in store-bought taco mix, and the flavour is bang on.
Here’s how to make 5-minute tasty and healthy taco meat:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
2-3 tsp water
fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Fry ground beef until cooked.
Toss with spice mix and add water. Simmer for another minute.
