You know what makes everything better? Bacon. It’s sometimes referred to as nature’s alarm clock, but we’re just going to call it what it is: the perfect food.
And while you can definitely have too much of a good thing, adding bacon to a chicken salad can give it that crunchy, salty kick you need to forget all about those raw vegetables.

What to do:
- To make the dressing, combine 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar, and 1/4 cup of mustard (grab dijon if you have it).
- Slice up a cooked chicken breast, and 3-4 slices of cooked bacon.
- Add meat to a salad of your choice, toss in the dressing, and BAM! Dinner has been served.
