- Turkey
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Arugula
- Cheese (we recommend something sharp in flavour like Asiago)
- Special Sauce – (yogurt and cumin to taste)
- Whole Wheat Bun
Instructions
- Warm your buns
- Pile on the goodness
- Mix some Yogurt with some cumin – taste it.
- Add the turkey and a couple sprigs of arugula to the veg cheese and buns. Eat. mmmmm Goodness.
