The mineral influences a man’s fertility, potency, sex drive and long-term sexual health. So the question remains, where do you find this sexy mineral? Pumpkin seeds happen to contain a ridiculous amount of zinc – and that right there is one good reason for you to go out and get yourself a pumpkin.
Besides that – they are easy to make and taste dangerously good when seasoned.
How to
- Clean the seeds
- Boil for 10 minutes in water with a dash of salt.
- Drain the seeds in a colander and dry lightly with a paper towel or tea towel
- Spread seeds onto a baking sheet and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil (about 1/2-1tsp) and season if that’s your thing
- Roast seeds at 325F for 10 minutes
- EAT!

Jalapeno | Jalapeño powder, Salt |
Old Bay | Old Bay and Salt |
Jerk | Ground Habanero Chile, Ground Allspice, Ground Cinnamon, crushed Bay leaf |
