An art-piece of it’s own accord, we present to you: The Winter Burger. To create a burger deserving of it’s role as cold-weather comfort food try some of these swaps:

 

Whole grain buns instead of white buns.

The Reward:
4X the fiber to help with your waste management.

 

Goat Cheese or Greek Yogurt instead of mayo.

The Reward:
Keep your heart calm with 1/10th the amount of salt.

 

Avocado instead of cheddar cheese.

The Reward:
Lube your joints with Omega-3 oils.

 

Turkey Burger instead of beef burger

The Reward:
1/3 the amount of fat to help with that spare tire. 

 

*Add chilli flakes or jalapeño peppers for some good heat and call it a day.
