King of the Squats

There’s nothing like quad and butt workouts to coax the grizzly out of the man. Let your inner beast roar with some good ol’ fashioned squats.

 

 

Squat


1. Place feet shoulder width apart

 2. Raise arms to shoulder hight and line up with knees directly above your feet.

 3. Lower weight until thighs are parallel with the floor. Keep your abs tight and a natural arch in your back.

4. Return to standing squats-v1-02_360
